Q: How do I show up to my first appointment?
A: Please come shampooed, conditioned & fully dry.
This is extremely vital for us to assess the health of your hair.
Failure to show up properly could result in us unable to perform services booked.
Q: Does your salon do children ?
A: we do 16+ and above
Q: Where do I park ?
A: Our parking lot is located at 790 E Colorado. Please bring your ticket with you for validation.
Q: I want to book an appointment with Acacia, I don’t see any availability?
A: Acacia’s books are currently closed. She opens her books the 1st of every month at 8 am PST.
You can also continue to check the website for cancellations.
There is no waitlist.
Q: How does the deposit work?
A: The 20% deposit go towards your service. Unless your appointment is canceled.
In the event you need to reschedule we offer a one time rescheduling within 30 days of your original appointment date.
The deposit is non refundable.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: We have a 48 hour policy. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment before the 48 hour mark will result in 100% charge of service.
Q:Do you have a late policy ?
A: We allow a 15 minuet grace period. Anything after 15 minuets could result in appointment being canceled.
