FOR CLIENTS NEEDING EXTRA TLC

This includes a customized cut for YOUR texture. Paired with a hydration service & a step by step guide on how to achieve & maintain healthy hair.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

As a courtesy to our waitlisted clients & our artists schedules a nonrefundable deposit will be taken.

The 20% deposit will go towards services unless the appointment is canceled.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice or the full price of the appointment will be charged.

LATE POLICY:

As a courtesy to our clients appointment times, we allow a 15 minute grace period. Client’s arriving past the 15 minute mark risk not being able to receive full services booked.

GUEST POLICY:

Out of respect to our clientele, guests are not permitted.
